Whirlwind DPS calculator Alpha

Alpha — test version. This calculator is still being tested. Numbers may be wrong, inputs may change, and saved profiles may not carry over to a later version. Treat every result as unverified until it is checked against the game.

This page’s script has not loaded. Try a hard refresh.

Enter the values and conditions for the moment you want to compare. A field badged OCR came from a character-sheet import, and OCR? means the sheet line is a best-guess match. Review every imported value before using it.

What this page is, and what it does not verify

This is a pre-mitigation, direct-Whirlwind calculator. Start from a saved profile or enter the values shown by your character and weapon tooltips. The supplied examples are only examples; replace their weapon-damage range with your own.

Additive bonuses are summed together; bonuses marked × multiply separately. Turn on a conditional effect only while its condition is true. The calculator does not infer uptime, resource flow, proc frequency, target overlap, or an equipped build.

Upgrade components and Chaotic Burst are shown separately when selected, because the calculator cannot establish how often they hit. Proc damage, Paragon, and any effect whose timing cannot be stated are outside the headline DPS.

Import from a character-sheet screenshot (OCR)

Drop, paste (Ctrl+V) or choose screenshots of the in-game character sheet. Nothing is applied automatically — every read line lands in a review list where you can fix the number, re-assign it, or untick it.

Same matching and same review list — it just skips the image step.

The named test profile preserves these sheet values. They do not by themselves state Whirlwind's Fury spending, proc gains, kill rate, or event order, so they are not converted into a sustained-DPS or uptime estimate.

Weapon Expertise

Paragon
How this is read and applied Only two kinds of Paragon term state their size outright: a legendary node's own passive power, and a legendary glyph's separate multiplier. Both are listed below. Everything else in Paragon — each node's stat allocation, the rare and magic node damage bonuses, and the glyph bonuses that turn a core stat into damage — takes its size from a calculation the game does not publish, so those are left out rather than guessed. What is left out is named at the bottom of this section. These terms apply on top of the totals you entered above; if your character sheet already includes a Paragon contribution in one of those fields, do not count it twice.
